Field Tech work includes window washing, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. All of our equipment is specialized to work from the ground but occasionally we get on roofs. Field Tech will assist the Lead with anything they require for the job. Depending on the individual this can turn into a full time position quickly.

Field Tech Qualifications:

*Live a reasonable commute distance from our office in Brentwood.

*Clean Driving Record.

*Have own vehicle to commute to the office/job.

*Ability to follow instructions.

*Non Smoker - Vaping ok

*Be able to lift 60 pounds/bench press 135 lbs.

*Available to work outdoors in heat, rain and cold.

*Some construction/landscaping/automotive experience or a familiarity with tools and building processes preferred.

*Like people. Must be friendly and happy/willing to interact with our clients.

*Positive attitude and outlook.

*Active sense of humor.

*Minimal fear of heights.

HomeSmiles provides you with everything you need to work. Our vans are fully equipped with specialty equipment to get our jobs done right and on time. Work conditions are relaxed. We listen to music and have a few laughs while we handle our work. We provide everything you need for working outdoors.

We work a 4 day, 10 hour schedule so you have 3 days off a week. Some team members are scheduled Mon - Thursday and some are scheduled Tuesday - Friday. Pay starts at $18/20 per hour while training and moves to $22.50/25 per hour when training is complete. Length of training time depends on the individual. The faster you demonstrate you can do the work in the fashion we do it, the faster you will be at $25. Also, some jobs receive tips. Start working with us today and apply!
