Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Sales Center (Call Center) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring our team meets and exceeds sales targets/ KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Coordinators in the Sales/Call center.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular training and coaching to Project Coordinators to enhance their skills.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and support overall business goals.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.

Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
