    HomeStar Remodeling is seeking a high potential Operations Administrator. Due to the high demand of our green products, we are looking to hire outgoing, money motivated, career oriented individuals.     The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining customer relations and performing a variety of operations related tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, handling services, speaking with installers, and callback reports.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Strong Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management, Technical, & Negotiation Skills
    • Follow detail oriented office procedures
    • Coordinates office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
    • Handling Communication and Schedules for Field Technicians
    • Schedule with Customers and Follow Up with Installers at the completion of projects
    • Organize and Create Job Packets for Installers
    • Filling out Paperwork for Permits, HOA's, Orders, and Contracts
    • Ensure that all issues are resolved the most efficient and cost effective way to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Customer Relations, and Ability to Discuss Project Processes/Following up with customers and installers
    • Following procedures for Pre-Install Inspections, Installs, Job Site Visits and Services
    • Handling of Material ETA list and Product Inventory List
    • Updating office staff of any issues, delays or add-ons
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Your qualifications:

    • Must be proficient in Office365 or Google Suite
    • Strong Communication
    • Time Management
    • Problem Solving, Risk Management, 
    • Negotiation Skills
    • Able to multitask proficiently
    • Goal Oriented
    • Minimum 2 years of post secondary education
    • Minimum 2 years of construction operations related experience preferred

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Base pay plus bonuses.

    Salary: $35,000 to $55,000.00 /year
