    What we are looking for: • Highly sociable individuals who draw energy from working with people and are organized, optimistic, and outgoing • Self starters who want to build a career - and not just have a job • Individuals who will maintain a high commitment to the team’s standards and achieving the team’s sales goals • Individuals with a strong desire to learn and gain real-world experience • Our agents must have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality Responsibilities: • Prospect for new buyers and sellers • Cultivate client relationships • Consistent lead follow-up and follow-through • Schedule appointments with the listing and/or buyer’s agent • Learn, memorize, and deliver call scripts • Maintain lead database • Assist in hosting client events • Support the team in daily administrative tasks • Promptly respond to team leads • Display and promote individual goals • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Exceptional phone skills - especially in the close to set appointments • Experience with CRM/database management • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed • Strong relationship-building skills • Good communication and listening skills
