Responsibilities: Offer top notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them • Build rapport with leads • Counsel clients on curent market conditions • Show properties to prospective buyers • Prepare and execute listing presentations to prospective sellers • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers • Guide clients to successful closings • Daily sales training and client prospecting • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) • Develop consistent networking and marketing actions to attract new customers • Guide 12 to 24 buyer clients through the home buying/selling process each year Qualifications: • Have a VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE, or be willing to obtain licensing in a timely fashion • Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed • Must have a consistent, resilient, team-oriented, positive attitude • Ability to cultivate and create relationships on an ongoing basis • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent attention to detail, primarily for contract writing and review • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Have outstanding organizational and time management skills • Weekends, evening hours and lots of local travel required to develop client relationships and execute transactions • Full-time status is required Compensation: $70,000+ (commission)
