Responsibilities: • Assist clients in obtaining financing by connecting them with suitable lenders. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and listing agents to facilitate successful real estate transactions. • Thoroughly review and prepare legal property documents to ensure a seamless process. • Keep clients informed about the home-buying journey and provide insights on the local housing market. • Engage with potential buyers to understand their specific housing requirements. • Establish and enhance connections with clients and professionals in the real estate industry. • Provide in-depth guidance on the steps involved in buying or selling a property. • Offer detailed information on current local real estate trends. • Participate in open houses and property viewings to showcase listings. • Acquire knowledge of effective sales negotiation strategies through observation and training. • Conduct informative meetings with buyers to explain the home-buying process. • Utilize various sales techniques to assist clients in purchasing real estate. • Adhere to weekly tracking and accountability procedures. • Engage in regular sales coaching sessions and role-play exercises. • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales process. • Follow up on leads and successfully close sales deals.
