Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Assist buyers in connecting them with lenders to meet their financing needs. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers and listing agents to ensure successful real estate transactions. • Keep buyers informed about the home-buying process and provide knowledge about the local housing market. • Engage with prospects to understand their housing needs. • Establish and strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals. • Provide detailed information about the steps involved in buying or selling a house. • Offer comprehensive information on local real estate trends. • Participate in open houses and home showings. • Learn sales negotiation tactics through observation and training. • Conduct buyer meetings to explain the home-buying process. • Utilize various sales methods to assist customers in purchasing a property. • Follow weekly tracking and accountability procedures. • Engage in regular sales coaching and role-play activities. • Ensure effective communication is maintained. • Follow up and close sales leads. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License or be willing to promptly obtain one in a reasonable timeframe. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Should hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Should exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Must maintain a customer-centric and people-oriented demeanor • Should display exceptional organizational and time management abilities • Must have a strong commitment to upholding a 100% communication guarantee • Should show eagerness to work both independently and as part of a team • Must express enthusiasm for expanding expertise and exploring new techniques • Must be willing to learn new scripting, systems, and technologies • Should consistently maintain a positive attitude in the workplace Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
