    DESCRIPTION:

    We are currently seeking an outgoing and polished professional with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to help maintain and organize our day-to-day office workload. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, standard business hours. We are looking for someone with a hybrid skill set as this unique position needs to be ready to help where needed, be adept at working in a very fast-paced startup environment and continue to foster a positive office culture as the point-of-contact for office coordination, event planning, and other duties as assigned.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs general office and administrative duties including but not limited to:

    • Ordering / restocking supplies – being the point person on office ordering, managing deliveries, and disbursement to staff upon delivery.

    • Ordering / restocking snacks – monitoring snacks/drink levels in office and reordering and restocking when needed.

    • Mail – collecting and sending mail - distributing to appropriate parties, buying stamps, and dropping shipments at USPS or shipping facilities, if necessary, etc.

    • Office service requests – be the main point-of-contact and liaison for property management requests – cleaning requests, facility maintenance, etc.

    • Event / meeting assistance – helping with the coordination of company and department events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, food ordering, etc.

    • Miscellaneous duties – may be asked to help with onboarding Scottsdale-office employees and other projects, as needed.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1+ years of office administrative experience preferred.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Demonstrated experience in handling exposure to highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Previous experience in ticketing or the K-12 education space a huge plus!
    • Helpful "can do" attitude is a MUST!
    • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to multi-task, and show initiative with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
    • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check.
