Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Manage leads and stay on task using daily CRM updates until deals are closed • Build trust with prospects to overcome objections and secure signed contracts • Assess property values and conditions through research, data analysis, site visits, and market trend evaluations • Attend in-person appointments with sellers and present purchase offers • Research investment models, market trends, and prepare necessary documentation including letters of intent and contracts • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and addressing client objections Qualifications: • Must reside in Corpus Christi, TX • Passionate about sales with a strong drive to succeed • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone skills for setting and closing appointments • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service • Preferably 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, especially acquisitions • Proven track record of real estate asset sales and goal-oriented • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree Compensation: $36,000 - $120,000
