Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities • Conceptualize and bring to fruition new product pitch decks and design ideas • Manage 2-3 people for the marketing and design team including photographers or contract workers • Manage all photography and video for HomeWetBar.com and BlackOakGifts.com writing call sheets, organizing sites, hiring models and contract workers/photographers to execute the shoot • Write all creative briefs for designers to keep their workflow organized and measurable • Audit and design photography, mockups, configurable images, production and corporate sales files • Work with the production team to ensure artwork is reproduced accurately and correctly and lead bi-weekly meetings to maintain consistency and efficiency • Utilize Adobe Suite to warp and digitally image vector designs onto existing product photography • Create concepts and graphic layouts for web & print for trade shows, mailers, marketing and sales team needs • Ensure the brand image is conveyed consistently in marketing materials, on websites and campaigns • Image/color correct, crop and mockup product photography as received • Responsible for reformatting existing designs to fit a variety of our available products • Manage the development process from ideation to launching on the website. Confirm all steps have been completed from testing, branded packaging, and production files and manage launch plan Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in the area of graphic design or related field is required • A minimum of 5 to 7 years as a Graphic Designer with an emphasis on product development • Knowledge of artwork, graphic design and production, printers, and photography • Skills in Apple Macintosh computers, and graphic design software • Excellent creative and innovative skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building capacity with internal clients and teams at different levels of the organization • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience Compensation: $80,000
