Responsibilities: • Resolve customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or chat. • Warmly greet customers and clearly identify their needs or concerns. • Facilitate order placements and provide information about the company. • Process customer payments and gather necessary contact details. • Respond to queries regarding our products and services. • Promote current deals and actively sell products and services. • Utilize advanced computer technology to efficiently manage large volumes of customer interactions. • Collaborate with leadership to ensure excellence in customer service. • Adapt to policy changes and implement them effectively. • Listen attentively to customers to understand the underlying issues. • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. • Select and execute appropriate solutions to resolve customer issues swiftly. Qualifications: • At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred • Ability to handle high volumes of emails, calls, and chats with ease. • Strong communication skills with a comforting and professional phone and email demeanor. • Highly organized and self-motivated. • Positive and engaging personality, with a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. • Excellent listening skills, empathetic approach, and commitment to customer satisfaction. • Proficient in various computer software and office systems. • Capable of typing at least 45 words per minute. • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while maintaining focus on the customer. • Consistently professional and courteous in all interactions. Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
