    We need to grow our team because we have more qualified leads than our existing team can handle. We aren’t worried about finding someone with any experience in real estate. We can teach that. What we can’t teach is a natural talent for selling. Everything else is just like learning the features, functions, and benefits of what you’re currently selling – just a lot more lucrative. You will spend most of your time doing what you love (qualifying leads, selling, and making money). Perhaps one of the most compelling reasons to join our team is we have a non-duplicable lead generation and marketing system coupled with the celebrity endorsement of Barbara Corcoran (from Shark Tank). The benefit to you is that we have the systems, processes, and infrastructure for you to be successful and make the most money possible. Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Master all aspects of the sales process  • Deliver a world-class client experience • Create raving fans • Focus on new business development every day Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Real Estate Licensed or in process • Optimistic with a positive attitude  • Coachable, accountable and loves a team structure  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task Compensation: $95,000 at plan
