The Client Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties that include the coordination of scheduling services for Clients through Caregivers in a high paced environment. The Coordinator is responsible for working with Clients and Caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. Most of the job responsibility is performed by phone and computer.

Primary Responsibilities :
Reflect the values of Visiting Angels Franchise by Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
Create and maintain accurate Client and Caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating strong relationship matches that build on ongoing relationships between Client, Client's Family & Caregiver
Monitor, maintain, and log all Client and Caregiver activity utilizing the software system
Follow up with all client and Caregiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the software system.
Increase client loyalty to Visiting Angels by utilizing proper communication skills and follow up to better meet current Client needs
Interview, maintain and retain the right level of Caregivers on the Registry to meet Client needs, ensuring the highest level of compassionate, caring and experienced caregiver talent based on application and Voice of the Clients & Families
Follow up on Caregiver and Client issues to ensure resolution - Be able to handle difficult scenarios with recommended, positive outcomes
Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care
Monitor Caregiver Documentation to ensure 100% compliance to meet AHCA guidelines.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance at the office to execute daily job responsibilities
Demonstrate open and effective communication with Teammates, Caregivers, Clients and Family Members
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to manage deadlines, multiple client priorities
Sales Experience by Phone
Phone Etiquette - Be able to demonstrate strong phone skills, build relationships by phone and handle multiple incoming & outgoing calls in high paced daily environment
Scheduling - Minimum of 2 years experience
Customer Service - Minimum of 3-5 years experience
Healthcare - Examples include Social Work, CNA/LPN, Nursing, Hospital / Facilities Administration
Reside in either Pasco or North Pinellas County
