    Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time salaried team member who can serve in a blended capacity:

    On-Call Caregiver (Float Role) – ready to step into client shifts when coverage is needed.

    Chief of Staff – supporting the CEO with recruitment, scheduling, communications, and day-to-day business operations.

    This is a unique position for someone who wants to combine hands-on caregiving with administrative leadership to help grow a homecare agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    On-Call Caregiver (Float Role)

    Provide care to clients when regular caregivers are unavailable (personal care, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping).

    Remain flexible to cover last-minute or hard-to-staff shifts.

    Communicate timely updates to office staff about client needs and shift coverage.

    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    Recruitment: Assist with sourcing, screening, and onboarding caregivers.

    Scheduling Support: Help coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure smooth coverage for clients.

    Communications: Act as a point of contact between caregivers, clients, and the office to relay important updates.

    Administrative Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, handle emails, prepare documents, and assist with compliance tasks.

    Project Support: Track key business initiatives, help with reporting, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Total Compensation: $60,000 annually, including a base salary of $55,000 and eligibility for up to $5,000 per year in health expense reimbursement.

    Skills & Qualifications

    CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver certification.

    Prior experience in caregiving and administrative/operations support.

    Schedule flexibility to support clients for on-call shifts

    Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

    Excellent written and verbal communication.

    Tech-savvy: comfortable with scheduling software, HR/recruitment tools, and general office technology.

    Highly adaptable and dependable, able to transition between caregiving and administrative tasks quickly.

    Access to a car with up-to-date auto insurance

    Access to internet/mobile phone

    Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
