    Job Summary: This is a field-based position that combines community outreach, referral development, networking events, and office-based administrative responsibilities. The Homecare Marketing Specialist or Homecare Marketer will be responsible for generating businesses from referral sources to meet agency growth and revenue goals. Brand ambassador, the ideal candidate is expected to have healthcare marketing experience and strong relationship with the home care service in the community. He/she should also be able to create and implement innovative marketing strategies suitable to the agency.

    Job Responsibilities

    Ø Expand clients base and develop relationships with key targeted accounts

    Ø Build new and maintain existing relationships with referral sources by performing regular visits to facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes etc.

    Ø Educate case managers, social workers, and physicians on the agency’s care capabilities, ensuring the agency remains their top-of-mind choice for patient discharge

    Ø Develop marketing strategies/objectives, action plans in concert with Directors

    Ø Articulate the benefits of private duty homecare services to both professional referral sources and consumers.

    Ø Educate clients, families, and local communities about our services, ensuring clear comprehension of how we elevate their quality of life

    Ø Promote our professional services within the community

    Ø Plan, coordinate and attend home care fairs, events and related trade shows

    Ø Accurately generate required reports and documentation of sales activity including the Weekly Schedule, Pre-Call Plan, Marketing Action Plan and Sales Call Activity Log within designated timelines.

    Ø Become expert on major competitors and differentiators among them.

    Ø Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company and its services in local market

    REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    Ø Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or Social work

    Ø Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales, marketing, outreach or business development experience within the healthcare or senior services industry.

    Ø Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and referral goals.

    Ø Perform field outreach consisting of a minimum of 15-20 face-to-face marketing visits per week

    Ø Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, CRM, scheduling systems and other healthcare industry-related software such as Wellsky

    Ø Proficiency in digital marketing: social media, content creation, and advertising

    Ø Self-motivated and results oriented & ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with referral sources.

    Ø Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically – both orally and in writing.

    Ø Present a well-groomed image that reflects the professionalism of the business.

    Ø Work independently with minimal direction and/or supervision.

    Ø Ability to generate goodwill for Agency with clients, their family members and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.

    Ø Represent the agency at regional health fairs, senior center events, and industry networking functions

    Ø Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance for consistent local travel.

    Salary commensurate with experience
