About the Role:

Assisting Hands of North & South Charlotte is seeking a passionate Homecare Marketing and Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be the bridge between our exceptional homecare services and the community, helping us grow and reach those who need our support the most.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote homecare services.

Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness of our services.

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.

Organize and participate in community events and health fairs.

Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies.

Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential clients.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in marketing or outreach, preferably in healthcare.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in social media marketing and digital tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the homecare industry is a plus.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

High School diploma and some post high school marketing training.

Willingness to learn, adjust and evolve in your marketing skills.
