    Job Description

    ABOUT HOMEFLOW: 

    Our mission is to provide complete peace of mind for landlords. We’re starting by simplifying and streamlining the process for purchasing landlord insurance. 

    Landlord insurance is a $60B+ industry, but most customers have bought insurance the same way for 30 years - speaking to an agent or broker for over an hour. We want to modernize this process so that homeowners can receive multiple quotes in a matter of minutes. Whether online or through a Homeflow agent, customers know they are getting the best price and appropriate coverage through Homeflow. 

    Homeflow is a venture-backed startup that has raised funding from world-class investors like Soma Capital (Cruise, Rippling, Ramp) and Breyer Capital (Meta/Facebook, Etsy, DiDi). 

     

    WHO YOU ARE: 

    • DRIVE: You are relentless in reaching out to leads and selling policies.
    • COMFORTABLE WITH AMBIGUITY: As a founding sales agent, you are expected to be a key product and process decision maker. Your performance will not only be judged on sales performance, but also on your ability to provide quality feedback. 
    • ACCOUNTABLE: We provide autonomy because we trust our team to demonstrate a high-level of professional ability and integrity. 
    • LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE: Property and Casualty insurance license with 2-4 years previous experience as a sales agent.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Sell, market, and service insurance for new and existing customers
    • Provide product and sales process feedback to product and engineering teams
    • Help recruit and hire the sales team
