We’re searching for reliable real estate couriers for an exciting opportunity with our team. Our couriers are responsible for picking up for sale signs and riders from our office Homefront United is a large realty group serving the San Antonio area. We are seeking individuals to join our courier team to assist with placing real estate signs. Jobs are posted weekly and are available to all couriers based on availability. Each job will also be paid a flat fee of $35 plus mileage. Mileage is automatically calculated at the current government rate from the storage facility to the address where signs are being placed upon filling out the expense report. Mileage to/from your home to the storage facility is not considered part of the job and will not be included as reimbursement. Pay will be disbursed twice monthly. Responsibilities: • Pick up and deliver new listing marketing materials, signs, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes around the San Antonio metro • Place signs according to company policies and procedures • Sign up for and log courier trips into our CRM system • Other miscellaneous trips to help our team as needed • Maintain communication with our staff Qualifications: • Must be 18 or over • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. • Must have access to the internet to access the job board • Must have a cellphone with camera to post photos of placed signs to job board Compensation: $35 per job plus mileage
