    Overview:

    Store Managers lead all operations at a Homegrown restaurant location, including hiring, training and development, store operations, and financial performance. You’re a motivated leader, mentor and restaurateur who leads by example to inspire your team. You know your store inside and out, live and breathe hospitality, and are results-driven in your pursuit of excellent guest service, product quality, and sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead with integrity, transparency, and knowledge to embody and promote the Homegrown mission, vision and values

    Create and foster a positive, respectful, and inspiring environment, creating a culture of relentless improvement, curiosity and collaboration

    Model and motivate exceptional guest service as a top priority with focus on accuracy, sense of urgency, quality and value with every interaction

    Manage inventory, quality control, team management and deployment, adherence to all systems, and support maintenance of the physical space with approved vendors

    Understand, demonstrate, inspire and coach company standards regarding processes and procedures that create a culture of sustainable food practices through thoughtful sourcing strategies

    Ensure fresh, quality food and beverage are produced in all retail and catering orders; Seek guest feedback consistently and actively share feedback with appropriate channels

    Lead thorough and timely training to all incoming and existing Partners, conduct regular performance reviews, and lead ongoing development to foster the professional growth of each Partner

    Effectively communicate and coach partners, conveying standards and policies in a clear and consistent manner, and address challenging situations when necessary

    Foster and develop in-store leadership team, ensuring consistency in processes during Store Manager absence

    Directly oversee financial performance of store with a focus on growing sales, controlling cost of goods and labor, and managing all aspects of the P&L

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management or leadership role (Background in food service/hospitality preferred)

    Exceptional leader with proven ability to inspire a team to collaborate and create a positive working environment

    Strong guest service experience with proven ability to anticipate guest needs and proactively solve concerns

    Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships to achieve goals and objectives

    Experience with managing to, and understanding a P&L

    Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Strong verbal and written communication skills
