About the Role:

Working couple is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Homemaker to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This rewarding role is all about making a meaningful difference by providing essential household support and personal assistance. Responsibilities:

Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry

Assist clients with grocery shopping, errands, and other household tasks

Assist Clients with maintaining garden and outdoor spaces

Requirements:

Prior experience in homemaking, caregiving, or a related personal care role preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach

Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Basic knowledge of food safety, meal preparation, and household sanitation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
