About the Role:
As a Homemaker at HealthChoice Waiver Services, you’ll help individuals with disabilities and older adults maintain a safe, comfortable, and healthy home environment. Your support empowers individuals to continue living independently in their own homes with dignity and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with light housekeeping, such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, and general tidying
Prepare simple meals or assist with meal preparation
Run errands and grocery shopping (as applicable)
Promote a clean, safe, and organized home environment
Build positive relationships through respectful, professional interaction
Document completed tasks and communicate any concerns or updates
Qualifications & Skills:
No prior experience necessary—training provided!
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required
