Position Overview We are seeking dependable, compassionate Homemakers/Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will provide in-home cleaning and homemaking services for adults with disabilities. Your work will directly support clients in maintaining a safe, organized, and healthy living environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing

Assist with household organization and laundry

Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

Follow individualized service plans to meet client needs

Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and staff

Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be willing to complete required training prior to providing services

Willingness to travel between client homes as needed

Ability to be flexible with scheduling

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilities
