    We’re hiring for a real estate inside sales agent (Appointment Setter) to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities: Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • This position is 100% database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building • Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day • Partner with field sales to execute meetings • Report activity and results on a daily basis Qualifications: Real estate license required Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred At least one year of real estate sales experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator • We don’t care about experience. We care about attitude Compensation: $55,000+ yearly
