Responsibilities: Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Compensation: $175,000
