ESCROW MANAGER POSITION

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years recent Escrow Management, leading an escrow team.
• RBJ Escrow Processing Software experience preferred.

POSITION:

Escrow manager responsibilities include handling incoming escrows from beginning to end and everything in between. The escrow Manager will be responsible for all levels of customer care and be proactive with problem resolution on files and with staff. The Escrow Manager will be responsible for opening new escrows, coordinating all escrow activities and maintaining client relationships to build the department, and leading other team members. The escrow Manager will also assist, train, and assign duties to assistants and oversee all daily activities in the escrow department as necessary to meet all deadlines. Escrow officer must have outstanding communication skills, exceptional customer services abilities, and a minimum of five, (5), years of current escrow management experience as an Escrow Manager. Experience with RBJ software preferred.

DUTIES:

• Manage the entire real estate settlement process, including compliance with real estate contracts, Escrow instructions, title requirements, company requirements & any other written instructions.
• Manage escrow services in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
• Order title reports and resolves any title issues, existing liens & any encumbrances against the property & or principals.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Daily Banking
• Maintain escrow trust account by depositing funds & maintaining records
• Close escrow account by balancing & disbursing funds
• Reconcile bank accounts daily and work with our accountant on monthly reconciliation

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of current escrow experience working as an Escrow Manager required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Must have full knowledge of the Escrow process & be able to resolve situations & problems as they arise.
• Knowledge of RBJ Software
