Responsibilities: Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts Validate all personal references and rental application information Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Familiar with leasing regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track of successful sales record Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000+ Average Yearly Commission
