We are seeking a growth-minded, highly driven licensed real estate sales professional to join our team as a Buyers Specialist.
You are highly sociable and draw energy from working with people. You have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, you demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyers agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

What you’ll do:
As our Buyers Specialist, you will be responsible for our buyers’ real estate transactions from lead to close. You will be responsible for lead generating, lead follow-up, and lead conversion. You will work directly with buyers, showing them homes, writing offers, negotiating inspection reports and repair addendums, and executing lender management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, and close transactions
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for buyers
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues
Build trust and rapport with buyers and other transaction stakeholders, work well with a transaction coordinator
Be available to show homes and perform activities 6 days per week or as needed and requested.
Be on-call for weekend leads on a rotation basis. Respond to leads within 15 minutes unless showing property or writing an offer with another buyer.
Lead generate by phone for 15 hours each week, tracking results daily, resulting in a minimum of 75 conversations each week.
Follow-up on leads by posting on lead generation websites and company-provided platforms and other Internet lead generation sites.
Follow-up on leads provided by the team.
Manage 8x8, 12-Direct and 36-Touch campaigns.
Implement “Buyer 10-Days of Pain” for team assigned buyers.
Perform and track buyer consultations in person and over the phone.
Write 10 personal notes each week.
Hold 50 open houses each year utilizing the team’s standard open house process.
Generate two agent referrals for the Team Leader each month.
Participate in weekly team meetings each week and two KW market center meetings each month.
Knowledge and Skills:

Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
High school diploma and real estate sales license required
1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
