    Becoming a Homesell Photography Member

    We are in search of talented photographers to capture images that best showcase our client's homes for sale. A successful candidate will be professional, dependable, have a flexible schedule and experience in DSLR HDR Photography. Each member must be able to meet deadlines, troubleshoot if needed and be willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our client's needs. 

    Photographer responsibilities are:

    • Arrive to scheduled appointments, on time, with a professional appearance and demeanor. 
    • Communicate with agent's in the event of reschedules or other various conflicts. 
    • Photograph/Video the assigned property per agent order.
    • Capture each image in 5 bracketed exposures. 
    • Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc).
    • Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background in adherence with specifications.
    • Review Images with Client before leaving the appointment. 
    • Upload RAW files to Project Manager.

    Photographer's requirements are:

    • Proven professional shooting experience.
    • Unique, attention-grabbing portfolio.
    • Proficient use of modern DSLR Equipment and experience with bracketed HDR Photography.
    • Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.
    • Knowledge of production process for online uploading RAW Files to Project Manager. 
    • Photography degree or comparable

    Equipment Requirements are:

    • Full Frame 18MP DSLR Camera
    • 18mm capable Wide Angle Lens
    • Tripod with 3ft-5ft Range of Expansion

    NOTE 

    Exteriors of our homes are often easy to photograph with a normal (mid-range) zoom such as a 24-70mm f/2.8 or 24-105mm f/4. On APS-C crop sensors, the common mid-range zoom lenses are 18-55mm or 16-50mm. However, for our interiors full-frame cameras require the two common focal ranges of14-24mm and 16-35mm. On an APS-C crop sensor, 10-20mm and 10-24mm are also acceptable.
