As the leading Brand Ambassador in Front of the House, helping each guest feel welcome is our priority. You'd be expected to create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit by helping with their dine-in and to-go orders while ensuring that their orders are delivered in a timely fashion. You must have the drive to be a genuine brand ambassador of our restaurants on behalf of the entire organization

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Help our guests to navigate through our menu while making recommendations if needed

Taking orders from guests while sharing our passion for food

Deliver all food and beverage orders in a timely fashion

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section

Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates

Process payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or bartender is a plus

Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials

General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer is a plus

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently
