    Our growing agency is looking for a real estate sales agent who is a strong relationship builder. The ideal candidate has high energy, is a persuasive salesperson and asks for and closes sales quickly. Responsibilities: Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales • Present your services as a real estate agent to buyers and sellers • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries • Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients • Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience • Show properties • Manage your transactions from listing to escrow • Live and breathe your expertise in the residential real estate market Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Team player invested in the success of others Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • New, seasoned, team or top-producing real estate agent • Licensed real estate agent in Florida • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach • Be a self-starter looking to build your career • Professional attitude and appearance • Good verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $100,000 at plan
