Our newest division is one of the fastest growing window and door companies in the Tri-State region and thanks to our aggressive marketing campaigns we now have more qualified leads than we can handle with our current staff. The best part is this is supposed to be our slower time of the year. We need to add several sales reps to our team to be able to reach the demand of our customers in the first quarter!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Representatives provide genuinely interested prospective Homespire customers with a complete, professional and compelling sales presentation of our products and services using proven sales tools and sales techniques supplied by the company. No cold calling or canvassing, we supply the leads!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet or exceed closing sales objectives within company guidelines

Collaborate with Sales Manager for continued growth

• Use proven Homespire sales and process methods to inform customers
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork
• Follow and adhere to all company and sales guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record for success
• Sales experience a plus but we will train the right individual
• A competitive nature to be the best
• Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
