Realty is looking for someone who is hungry, humble and smart to join our team as an inside sales agent and grow within our company.  Responsibilities: • As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.  • You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills. • Has strong, articulate and well-spoken communication skills. • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary. • Independent and self-motivated. • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $24,000 base + commission
