We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our Front Store Program. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through inbound calls, promoting our OTC Benefits card and related products, and playing a key role in enhancing patient wellness. As an Inside Sales Representative for the Front Store Program, your main focus will be engaging with potential customers via inbound calls. Your duties will include introducing and advocating for our OTC Benefits card and related products, fostering relationships, and effectively conveying the advantages to eligible patients. This position demands a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales while demonstrating empathy and compassion. Compensation and Benefits: • Annual payment rate: $30,000 - $35,000 + Commission • Expected yearly earnings: $100,000.00 • Monthly bonus: 10% of net profit based on sales performance • After successful completion of a 3-month probation period, eligibility for a raise of 2 dollars per hour • Potential for yearly raises based on performance evaluations and company policies Responsibilities: • Reach out to eligible patients via phone calls to introduce and promote the OTC Benefits card and related products. • Build rapport and establish a strong connection with patients, showcasing caring and compassionate communication. • Utilize the designated Medtel app to accurately collect patient information and facilitate the ordering process. • Collaborate with partner pharmacies to ensure seamless service delivery. • Make a minimum of 10 calls per day for each store to eligible patients, aiming to increase OTC Benefits card adoption and achieve sales targets. • Strive to achieve an average ticket size of $150.00 through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. • Work five days a week to maintain consistent outreach efforts and meet daily sales goals. • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful sales tactics. • Actively participate in weekly meetings to provide updates, discuss challenges, and share best practices. • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and effectively communicate the advantages of the OTC Benefits card and associated products. • Download the Medtel app to streamline patient communication and order placement. • Employ persuasive sales techniques to close a minimum of 20 sales per day, contributing a minimum of $3000 in revenue. • Collaborate closely with partner pharmacies, utilizing the Medtel app for efficient order placement and customer support. • Maintain consistent effort to achieve and exceed sales targets, working towards a weekly goal of $15,000.00 per store. • Explore opportunities to expand the customer base by requesting referrals from friends and family, incentivized by gift cards. • Outreach to clinics in the Homestead/Miami Dade area to encourage patient enrollment in the OTC Benefits card and its benefits. • Make 100 calls per store to potential patients to determine eligibility for ETC cards, enroll them, and add them to the sales pipeline. Qualifications: • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field. • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for connecting with customers. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales. • Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated approach to achieving and surpassing • targets. • Familiarity with over-the-counter products and the healthcare industry is • advantageous. • Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM tools. • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Bilingual (Spanish) Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 + Commission
