Job Summary

Homestead Remodeling and Consulting, LLC. is a local, established, residential remodeling company that serves the Twin Cities. We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to play a key role in our growth. We are searching for creative thinkers with a great attitude to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the department’s marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will be to:

-Build, develop, and mentor marketing team

-Create and implement marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing customers

-Keeping up with industry trends

-Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic marketing plans

-Oversee and support online presence strategies -Track and report on online marketing activities -Identify, research, and report on competitors -Collect and analyze sale data, prepare reports, and present to upper management

**The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position

Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods

Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques

Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics

Familiarity with CRM platforms
