WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop test plans, help define success criteria, coordinate data collection, analyze results and report outcomes for various analytical projects.
• Accurately interpret data and produce clear, comprehensive written analyses, dashboards, graphs, tables, etc. for various internal and external audiences.
• Set up and maintain automated reporting models supported by applicable data source(s) to report on program and/or project metrics.
• Provide support to all Project/Program Managers in determining meaningful metrics to track to show progress towards stated objective(s).
• Facilitate measurement of goals associated with strategy execution.
• Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Assist/collaborate with Director, Research & Insights on efforts related to current strategic activities or opportunities.

IDEALLY, YOU'LL HAVE:

• A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study such as:  management information, computer science, information technology, data analytics, marketing research or business with emphasis in information technology.  Applicable experience will be given subjective weight.

• Experience in business process and needs analysis.

• Experience with a variety of data analysis and reporting software. PowerBI experience preferred.

• Ability to create intermediate-level SQL queries.

• A minimum of 3 years functioning in a professional role at an exempt level 

• Excellent analytical skill demonstrated by the ability to analyze situations, information and data, and identify and evaluate short-term and long-range needs and priorities. 

• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively challenge ideas and positions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong detail-orientation.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong facilitation skills.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment to solve problems, devise new methods, and adopt procedures in order to meet changing technology and business needs.
