This role includes supporting our Team Leader (a top producer with 25 years of experience) in the day-to-day management of his personal real estate transactions and overall management of the team business. Responsibilities: Build, implement and manage all systems for customers, database management and back office support to improve productivity Utilize social media and blogging to gain attention to our brand Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand Be the point of contact for our customers to help them quickly find solutions • Remove distractions so team lead can focus on generating new business, closing sales, and key tasks • Provide an executive level of administrative support with as phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management • Set appointments, show homes, write offers, hold open houses, prepare CMAs, and assist with transactions • Prepare and coordinate listings to go on the market • Provide concierge-level assistance to buyers and sellers • Nurture relationships with past clients • Office and database management • Generate and manage business leads • Track business productivity • Assist with events • Aid other team members • Implement manage, and streamline systems and procedures • Provide input on team goals and implementing team vision Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Able to build lasting relationships with clients by providing understanding and effective service to their needs Deadline driven and extremely organized High school diploma required, some college experience preferred Some weekend and evening hours are required Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality • TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT LICENSED • General understanding and knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and managing transactions • AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT, ADMINISTRATOR, TC, LISTING COORDINATOR, OR AGENT IS REQUIRED • Must have reliable transportation and car insurance • This is NOT a virtual position; must reside in the Austin area • Familiarity with KW systems is preferred • Familiarity with Compass tools is preferred • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly
