Responsibilities: • Timely and diligent follow-up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels • Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update lead status, and ensure accurate record-keeping • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with leads and assess their needs • Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their readiness to proceed to the next stage of the sales process • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff for further engagement • Continuously improve lead follow-up processes and strategies to optimize conversion rates and enhance overall efficiency • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively address inquiries and provide relevant information to leads • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: • Previous experience in lead management, appointment setting, sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging demeanor • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
