• What does a CSR/Dispatcher do?
• You're going to be taking and making inbound and outbound calls. A lot. You'll need to be able to lift and carry between 15-30 LBS routinely. You'll schedule new and follow-up appointments. You'll assist customers for our parts department, sign for deliveries, and help out our technicians. You'll juggle administrative tasks, phones, and customer issues. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so eat your Wheaties!
• You'll be working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute break.
• What we offer: $17 an hour for the first 90 days, and after a successful 90-day probationary period and review, a raise to $18 will be given with additional raises after completing each level of CSR training.
