If so, Hometown Homebuyers is seeking self-starting, highly motivated Account Executives like you to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive with HomeTown HomeBuyers, you will play a pivotal role in our success by engaging in outcome-oriented business development practices. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively promote our proven value proposition to the local Real Estate community. Unlimited income potential as this is a commission-only role. Hometown Homebuyers will provide all of the needed materials for you to succeed in this role. Responsibilities: • Establish relationships with other agents to get deals • Set up Broker meetings at local offices to create partnerships • Network with other real estate professionals to find off-market deals • Follow up with agents to stay top of mind and make offers on opportunities • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Attend business meetings and training as required Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience of 2+ Years • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
