About Us Hometown Markets operates three convenience stores, gas stations, and car washes in Owosso, Michigan. We’re proud to be part of the community, providing excellent service, reliable products, and a clean, friendly environment.

The Role We’re always looking for Store Associates to join our team. Associates handle everything from customer service to stocking and cleaning—helping us keep the store running smoothly.

Available Shifts (Choose Your Preference):

Morning Shift: 6 AM–2 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM (Current Need)

Overnight Shift: 10 PM–6 AM or 11 PM–7 AM (not always available, apply to be considered)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at checkout

Handle cash/register transactions accurately

Stock shelves, restock coolers, and maintain inventory

Keep store, restrooms, and fuel area clean and safe

Complete shift paperwork and follow company procedures

Qualifications

18+ with high school diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license & reliable transportation

Pass background check

Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently
