Home Care Area Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a person who will take pride in providing quality care for our clients and enjoys working with community partners. The Area Manager is responsible for growth, quality assurance, managing office staff, monitoring weekly revenue, and community outreach. The Area Manager reports to and works directly with the Director of Operations. Duties include:
Team management
Oversee office management
Ensure smooth running operations and complete client satisfaction
Supervise hiring, firing, and discipline
Report weekly on performance metrics
Strategic Growth
Follow up on all service inquiries
Sign up new clients
Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop best practices
Identify potential market improvements using data and analytics tools
Marketing
Make weekly marketing and community outreach efforts
Identify area industry leaders and develop ongoing referral and sales relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Caregiver background preferred
Willingness to obtain CNA License
Management and marketing experience in health care, preferably with home care
Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Healthcare EMR/EHR systems
Must pass background check, DMV check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license
