Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for growth, quality assurance, managing CNA/Caregiver staff, helping schedule shifts, conduct interviews with new applicants and community outreach. The Office Manager reports to and works directly with the Area Manager. Duties include:
Team management
Oversee CNA/Caregiver staff
Ensure caregiving staff operations run smoothly with complete client satisfaction
Help with hiring, firing and discipline for caregiver team
Monitor scheduling for clients
Strategic Growth
Follow up on all service inquiries
Sign up new clients
Collaborate with Area Manager to develop best practices for area
Marketing
Make weekly marketing and community outreach efforts
Identify area industry leaders and develop ongoing referral and sales relationships
Requirements
2 years of CNA license preferred
Caregiver background preferred
Willingness to obtain CNA License
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive it
Good verbal and writing skills
Ability to multitask
Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Healthcare EMR/EHR systems
Must pass background check, DMV check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license
