    Duties:

    Create, monitor and adjust schedules including, call off, vacation and holidays. While keeping record of attendance of multiple employees.

    discipline responsibilities such as verbal’s, write ups, and enforcing company policy.

    Handle performance reviews every three months to ensure performance of each caretaker.

    Lead training for oncoming caretakers.

    Maintain a successful and respectful relationship with clients to ensure all around quality care.

    Requirements:

    Medical Office experience (preferred)- computer knowledge with excel, word and the ability to learn new programs.

    Home health or nursing facility experience- working in fast or slow paste environment having the ability to demonstrate/train skilled transfers and equipment knowledge such as hoyer lifts etc.

    CNA Coordinator experience or similar title (managing/overseeing multiple Employees)

    Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

    Open availability Monday-Friday

    CNA Certificate or willing to receive within the year.

    At least 18 yrs. of age.

    Pass Background, TB and Drug Test.

    This position serves as a CNA/Caregiver and Manager/Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction and quality development in the Tooele area. We are looking for someone who is caring and organized, can work independently and as a team. We would like someone who has the ability to tactfully deal and communicate with employees, clients public and other office staff. This position requires working with kids with disabilities, you must know how to work in a timely manner. Efficiently and safely, showering, dressing assistance, toileting needs and light housekeeping. You must be able to effectively train others in these areas if needed while exhibiting a positive attitude Staying calm and resilient while demonstrate respect for clients and coworkers.
