Hospice for Utah is looking for a flexible and reliable CNA to join our team! Looking to hire for Utah & Salt Lake County. Competitive wages, experience preferred, but not required.

CNA Responsibilities:

Provide basic personal care and assist patient in the process of getting ready for daily activities

Chart visits using the secured digital charting software (equipment provided)

Provide conversation and companionship

Transfer of patient i.e., bed to chair, bed to commode, chair/commode to bed.

Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

CNA Requirements:

Current CNA license in the state of Utah

Flexible and reliable

Ability to relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with team members, patients/families and business associates at all levels

Experience in hospice (preferred).

A current driver’s license and car insurance

Great attitude!
