Community Outreach Coordinator
Skills, Experience and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, marketing, public relations, business development or social services
Five (5) years sales experience
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and home care market preferred
Ability to work independently
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills are a must
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT and other applications
Good driving record with reliable transportation
Major Responsibilities:
Developing and executing on a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential referral sources within the territory
Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources in the space
Establish and maintain brand awareness through referral contacts, trade shows, conferences and community efforts
Represent the agency in a professional, competent and responsive manner
Work effectively with management and staff
Prepare weekly reports of your activity
Attend weekly meetings
This position is responsible for generating revenue through field sales and local marketing. Candidate will identify and prioritize accounts in accordance with the business plan, foster productive relationships through targeted solutions, assess the results of these efforts and adjust accordingly for results.
This could be either a part-time or full-time position. Competitive salary with commissions and bonuses offered.
