Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care with empathy and a caring attitude.

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.

Assist with activities of daily living, including walking, grooming, and bathing.

Support clients with errands, appointments, and social activities.

Keep office staff updated on client progress as needed.

Qualifications:

For Caregivers:

Caregiving experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to pass background checks.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

In-home or skilled facility caregiving experience preferred.

For CNAs or PCPs:

1+ year Caregiver experience in a home care or skilled facility setting.

Valid CNA, PCP, or HHA certification.

Adherence to agency policies; does not administer medication or perform licensed nurse or therapist procedures.

Ability to pass background checks.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
