    Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter Job Description:Seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter candidate with at least 2-3 years in the Home Care industry to join a team of professionals as part of a nationally recognized franchised Home Care provider in the greater North Orange County area (including parts of LA County and the Inland Empire).The Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter will oversee and be responsible for all HR, Staffing and Recruiting, and Training functions of a multi-territory office. This will include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compliance, employee file maintenance, and training caregivers. The Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter may also assist in back-up scheduling, answering phones, audits, customer service, and responding to client needs.Our ideal candidate will have direct experience working in an organization or branch in the home care or closely related industry (home health, hospice, etc.). He/she must be proactive and embrace/create strong customer service standards and a friendly and inviting team culture. Must be a leader and team-builder. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-Office Administration-Human Resources-Recruitment and Onboarding-Training and Development-Compliance with Franchise and State of California Requirements-Caregiver and Client Communication-Scheduling (some experience helpful)-Mentoring, Team Building, and Coaching-On-Call ProcessThe Coordinator will assist Director in supervising all caregivers (currently approx. 50) and work with three additional members of our office staff. Applicants must be able to pass background screening with satisfactory results. Candidate will work a full-time schedule Monday-Friday with a rotating on-call phone schedule (shared between 4 employees). Must be computer/tech savvy and proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications. Should also have experience working with Home Care ERP systems such as AlayaCare and/or ClearCare as well as social media. Prior Home Care experience (or closely related field) is necessary.Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: We take health and safety during COVID-19 very seriously. Our office is in a controlled environment and we have HEPA filtration and digital interviewing and onboarding in place to minimize potential exposure to the virus.
