We need someone to fill her shoes. We need a Regional Manager to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and continuing to build our personal care business within the south region. You will be relied upon to implement our business plan, oversee hiring, spur growth and ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to our clients. Job Description
We are looking for a person who will take pride in providing quality care for our clients and enjoys working with community partners. The Regional Manager is responsible for growth, quality assurance, managing office staff, monitoring weekly revenue, and community outreach. The Regional Manager reports to and works directly with the CEO. Duties include:
Team management
o Oversee office management
o Ensure smooth running operations and complete client satisfaction
o Supervise hiring, firing and discipline
o Report weekly on performance metrics
o Conduct quarterly performance reviews
Strategic Growth
o Follow up on all service inquiries
o Sign up new clients
o Collaborate with other Regional Managers to develop best practices
o Identify potential market improvements using data and analytics tools
o Strategic planning for future expansion and growth
o Manage quarterly and yearly budget, maintain profit margins
Marketing
o Make weekly marketing and community outreach efforts
o Identify industry leaders and develop ongoing referral and sales relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Prefer licensed RN
Management and marketing experience in health care, preferably with home care
Computer savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Must pass background check, DMV check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license
