Responsibilities: Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Past sales experience is preferred Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
