We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
